Kid Zone Villa

We are so excited to celebrate with you in beautiful St. Barths and thrilled to have your little ones join in the fun! To ensure both parents and kids have an amazing time, we’ve created a Kid Zone—a special villa designed just for them with child care and activities throughout all wedding events at Hotel Le Toiny. 

Here’s What to Expect at Kid Zone:

A Fun & Safe Environment – Daily activities include swimming (with dedicated supervision), crafts, coloring, outdoor play, and movie time.
Qualified Nannies – Two nannies will be on staff each day to care for and entertain the kids.
Meals Provided – If pre-selected by March 10, kids can enjoy favorites like chicken fingers, grilled cheese, pasta, cheese burgers, grilled chicken and fresh berries.

What You Need to Do Before Arriving in St. Barths:

Download WhatsApp – This will allow the child care team to communicate with you. A Kid Zone group will be created with parents and nannies.
Optional Camera Access – If you’d like to check in via camera, download the Wyze app and email Kathryn your account email before arriving.
Allergies & Special Food Requests – Provide a list of any allergies or dietary needs. If your child has a life-threatening allergy, please bring an EpiPen. No medication will be given without parental provision.
Nap Time Needs – If your child will need a nap during Kid Zone, please indicate this on your RSVP form.

Swimming & Outdoor Play Safety:

• Swimming and outdoor play near the pool will only be allowed if there are at least two adults at Kid Zone, with one fully dedicated to watching the pool.

• The Villa has childproof locks on the doors for small children.

• Parents should pack swim floaties and sunscreen for their child.

What to Bring for Drop-Off:

A small diaper bag or backpack with:

• Diapers, wipes, a change of clothes

• Swimsuit, swim diaper, pool floatie, sunscreen

• Specific snacks (if needed)

• Favorite toy or comfort item

Additional Child Care Options:

If you need child care at your hotel/villa or after-hours care, this must be arranged separately. Given the busy season in St. Barths, we recommend booking in advance.
